Rosie works with singers to find their own unique voice, and to sing with ease and confidence. With ten years of performing and teaching experience, Rosie uses a holistic approach to explore the voice as a whole instrument.

How can Vox Yoga benefit me?

Vox Yoga is a holistic approach to voice training, considering the voice as a whole instrument. Exploring how to connect the body, breath, mind and voice, allows a singer to embody their performance and sing in a healthy and expressive way.

Yoga is fantastic for every body! As an experienced performer, singing teacher and yoga teacher, Rosie uses elements of yoga including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and mindfulness, combined with traditional vocal exercises, for a full body session.

Individual lessons are completely tailored to your needs and group workshops are a chance to explore different yoga postures, stretches and vocal techniques. Whether you've never done yoga before, want to explore your vocal ability or are a professional singer or voice user, Rosie works with all levels.

About Rosie

Rosie Secker has been performing and teaching professionally for the last ten years. Rosie has worked with students, singers, actors and voice users of all ages and levels, privately and at top institutions.

Rosie trained at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. She has also completed Estill Levels 1&2, is a Certified Vocal Health First Aider and a Certified 500hr Yoga Teacher. Through her training, teaching experience, knowledge of physical and vocal anatomy, and ongoing research, Rosie works with singers to unlock the body and the mind to truly free the voice.
